Governing Board

The Governing Board (GB) consists of the Board of Trustees and eminent personalities representing varied domain expertise as advisors. The GB meets at least once in a financial year.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (BT) consists of five Trustees. The BT meets at least once in a quarter.

The Governing Board provides direction and lays down the policy for the organization.

Dr  N.K. Thingalaya, President, Governing Board

Developmental Economist, Chairman, Academic Council, Nitte Educational Society. He was Chairman and Managing Director of Syndicate Bank, Chairman of the RBI expert group on restructuring of Regional rural Banks.

Sri Prakash Rao K.S Chairman, Board of Trustees.

An Educationist, President of the Sri RK Sanjeev Rao Educational and Cultural Academy focusing on quality education in rural areas. Earlier he was General Manager of Syndicate Bank. 

Vivekanand N. Salimath Managing Trustee

Vice Chairman of AKMI (Association of Karnataka Micro Finance Institutions). Earlier he was a developmental Banker and Executive Director of RUDSETIs.

T.V. Srikantha Shenoy Executive Trustee

A developmental banker. Earlier he was the founder Secretary of Syndicate Rural Development Trust and Director of RUDSETI.

Shrikant M Hebbal Executive Trustee

Chairman of Gramya TS Pvt. Ltd. Earlier he was a developmental Banker and Director of RUDSETI

G.M. Deshpande Executive Trustee

Director of WSEC (Women Self Employment Counseling Centre). Earlier he was a developmental banker.

Sri Umakanth B.R. 

A Technocrat. Earlier he was Managing Director of VITC, and Managing Director of KEONICS, Karnataka State Undertakings. 

Dr Somasekhara K. 

An Educationist and Professor of University of Agricultural Sciences.
