| IDF provided services to 'Arghyam' to study access to safe water and sanitation by the community in Kolar, Chikkaballapur and Bangalore rural districts of Karnataka. The study focused on sources of water, qualitative and quantitative aspects of water availability to the community, status and felt needs for water supply, drainage and sanitation, system of garbage disposal. The study was aimed at helping Arghyam to draw actionable points to meet the gaps in these basic services. |
