 Totaganti watershed of Ron taluk, Gadag district is first project taken up by IDF under NABARD Watershed Development Fund. It seeks to address the ill effects of resource degradation and develop scientific management of existing resources with the participation of the local community through community based organizations. The different activities taken up are as follows;
a. Soil water conservation structures
b. Bund planting
c. Agriculture and Horticulture
d. Livestock
e. Livelihood promotion
f. Training and demonstration
