A study on demand, supply and access to fertilizers as estimated by the Government department vis- a- vis farmers perception on timely supply, adequacy of quantity and quality was made on behalf of Government of India in Belgaum district. The study covered 300 farmers, fertilizer retail and wholesale traders in three blocks.
